About Perpetual Pancake
P's Magic Sourdough or P's Pancakes, as the family calls it, is a company dedicated to providing the highest quality Sourdough starter on the market. Started in 2024 an available worldwide. P's has developed a hardy healthy propietary dried sourdough starter with long shelf life and the ability to be quickly reactivated in 30 hours or less. The unique selling point of Perpetual Pancake is the dry sourdough starter is that stored at room temprature, with a 10+ year shelf life at room temperature, making it a game-changer in the sourdough bread business. This is reactivated in 12* to 30* hours. Magic Sourdough was established in March 2024 and is focused on making the best sourdough recipes available to everyone.

Corn Bread
Add Cornmeal to the Magic Sourdough Starter in a separate bowl.
Batter should not be to thick.
Add 2 Tbs of Butter.
Bake in a greased pan at 425F degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Use a Toothpick to test if its done.
With each bite you will think "P" took you down South.
Pancakes
In a mixing bowl (not metal) Mix Well:
1C of "P's Magic Sourdough Starter"
2C of Flour
2C of Water
Allow to sit, uncovered overnight.
3 Eggs, 1tsp Salt, 4tbl Sugar (or more), 1tsp Baking Soda.
(Optional Honey or Molasses)
Mix Well.
Fry on a hot well greased pan or griddle. Enjoy! "P's" Heavenly Rounds
P's Magic Bread
Basic Recipe: Place Magic Sourdough Starter in a bowl.
Add flour and begin kneading,
Continue adding a little flour and kneading until it becomes a satiny dough (About 10 minutes)
Place dough in a bread tin or shape on a baking stone. Allow to rise, punch down and let it rise again. When roughly double in size , bake in oven at 375F for 30 or more (If you can wait.)
There's no limit with Sourdough. Rolls, Stick Buns, Hush Puppies, Cinnamon Rolls, Sourdough Chips, Waffles, Oh we could go on for day's let us know your favorite recipe and we might feature it on our website.
